Supplements and Steps for Women:

  1. First step is to note the dates of your last three months of menstrual periods. Record those dates on a graph or a calendar. Also note the number of days you menstruated. According to these dated the day of Ovulation can be estimated. The more reliable and accurate method is with Basal Body Temperature Thermometer (BBT).
  2. Start with Sugandhowin,  2  capsules in the morning and 2  capsules in the evening with milk.
  3. Opsowin, 2 capsule at lunch with warm water.
  4. Natarowin, to be taken during menstruation 2 capsules in the morning, 2 at lunch and 2 at dinner with milk and desi ghee or clarified butter in small quantity.
  5. Stop Sugandhowin and Opsowin during menstruation and restart after menstruation.
  6. Make sure you are eating and drinking healthy.
  7. Continue taking your multi-vitamins.

Women can take Kushtowin only in the morning and evening. Sugandhowin in the evening only for first month. From second month, take both in the morning and evening.

  1. Fertilitywin:  2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with warm milk. Helps in strengthening the sperms.
  2. Powerwin:  2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening with warm milk. Helps in increasing secretions and power.
